Horrible company. We had an object that was covering the lid to our septic tank and the technician would not even help to move it. My wife had to move it by herself and in the process severely hurt her back. I guess they want to do the bare minimum and charge you the maximum. The right thing to do would be to help. I guess morals are at the bottom of the septic tank for this company. And they broke part of our fence and did not report it, or notify us. Please take your business elsewhere.

Jan 27, 2026 just after the big snow the temperature dropped crazy low. I had done everything I could think of or read about to prevent pipes freezing. Well, the water pipes were running smoothly but all of my drains and toilets stopped flowing. I called Wind River around 6 pm and scheduled an emergency unclogging appointment. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional. Never showed up to the planned jobsite. Ended up canceling them and finding a different company.
