Klines Equipment showed up. Maybe a sub or affiate for Wind River. A yound man by the name Mason E. was my plumber for the day. Let me tell you if I could hire 10 Masons for my business I'd be in great shape. A very personable young man. He took care with his equipment not bang into my walls and doorways and was able to get the job done in short order without issue. Thank You Mason for a job well done. !!!
Klines repaired our sewer 4 years ago. At that time I was happy with the service because, honestly our sewer was working again. In May our sewer collapsed again. This time I used Cocalico plumbing because we had used them in the past. They did a good job, replacing all the pipe and making it brand new. I called Kline's and spoke with the plumbing manager James Frizzell about the warranty. Had some services performed on our grease traps and lines . Melvin and Nick showed up on sight at a time preferred and went straight to work. Removing the build up of grease and jetting the lines . They were both informative in sharing what they found and with suggestions for future improvements. They took the time to share and did a good job . Thanks
