Carl was professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what he was going to do about chimney repair and dryer vent cleaning, as well as educate me on the proper use of the fireplace. He had a trainee with him and was patient with him as well. It was good to experience chimney service and witness the interpersonal skills with his peer. He conducted a dryer vent inspection and explained the hidden lint build up inside. He cleaned everything well, and made a dryer vent repair that was needed. After the dryer vent maintenance, the dryer is running smoother and quieter. Professional, and reasonably priced, as well as respectful of our home. We couldn't recommend them anymore!
