Return policy is impossible. How can I return a product without opening the package, just to find out that Kline Medical shipped me the wrong item? They do not call back, there is no return label, so I need to bare the shipping cost back though I did not make the mistake. BE WARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
