Nick barr was great explained everything and was very timely
This is a big corporation and they know how to convince you to do the work. They are nice but pushy & very quick to schedule and start work. They did fine work came very quickly, getting the work done within a couple of weeks. However, they charged $80 to just come and look at our house. Then, they bid low, when they first came they said $1,000 to $1,200. Then, they came and did the work, taking less than then they originally said, but they charged us $1,640. Great experience today. Had Nick out to assess the problem within 30 minutes of calling. He explained and corrected the problem quickly. He taught us what to look for next time to save us another call. He was respectful and diligent about making sure he kept our house clean while working. Will definitely use Team Kline again if we need help.
