We had a fantastic experience with Kline Bros. this summer. From start to finish, Josh and his crew communicated clearly, set realistic timeline expectations and honored them, and delivered the finished quality product on time. Because of this, we were able to enjoy our new pool all summer long. Jake was also super helpful fixing a minor issue with the filter and timer, coming out right away to do so. We couldn’t be more pleased.
I have used josh kline for close to 20 years for many jobs including pool installation fencing,pavers. relaying pavers around the pool after they shifted and repairing my pool fence when a neighbor damaged it he has really gone downhill and when he repaired the pool fence would not fix the trellis and replace it a simple fix, but somehow refused. Would’ve caused very little for him but left a bad impression. You’re only as good as your last job Josh exclamation exclamation.
We hired Kline Brothers for our pool and spa which we love. I'm writing this review because there were some things that had to be addressed and John Kline stood by his word and fixed them to our liking. That is not always the case dealing with companies or individuals but John got it done. Thank you!
