Stopped by the auto repair shop for a quick oil change, and while the service was decent, I felt a bit pressured to get extra work done. I appreciate their honesty, but I wish they'd give me a clearer breakdown of what was really necessary.

Klimes has worked on my 2013 Mazda 3 A/C, spark plugs, oil changes, transmission fluid, and brakes. I’ve been satisfied every time and highly recommend them. Klimes earned my business after being very thorough in diagnosing an A/C issue a few years ago (no cold air). A (formerly?) reputable local chain diagnosed it as a leak that would be over $2k to repair (90% labor).
