I had a collection go to klima peters and Daly in which we came up with an agreement for me to have the balance paid in full and they would cancel the court date for the requested judgement and no judgement would be entered against me. I paid the balance in full before the promised day and a month later received a letter in the mail from the court saying a judgement has in fact been entered against me and listing the balance I already paid them for. They are horrible Spoke with someone name Sean and he was just talking over me and wouldn't even let me talk..I was trying to see if I could settle with them. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He said they reach out to me via mail and email I did not recieve the mail and the email was marked from Customer Service in which I thought was spam.

Rude as all ****, they threaten you and contradict you on your living situation when it comes to a debt. After to speaking to multiple representatives they belittle you instead of understanding the current situation your in. The send warrants in debt, and use threatening tactics to get you to pay , then when you tell them you cannot, they belittle you due to your current financial situation. I will be seeking legal counsel for defamation of character due to this company.

This company is a **** , what they do is lie to the court's saying that you been served and then start garnishing your check. On top of that this a 34 year old debt that I do not recall. There should be a criminal complaint against the persons that are involved with this lie about serving me.

Klima, Peters and Daly filed a garnishment request for payment on my account stating that I was not in compliance with our agreement. Since the case was taken on by them, there was NEVER any type of agreement made in regards to repaying this debt. 2 payments were made since being aware of this collection, one of which was rejected due to K, P & D stating the agreement was not honored. When asked about a transcript of this said agreement, the questions were re-directed. Does not sound at all like honorable practices to me!!!!

I have to be honest, after reading all of the reviews I was super hesitant and scared to reach out to them to adjust my wage garnishment amount. I finally gathered the courge and called them. To my surprise, they were so nice and helpful with everything. Justine was so helpful and it took less than 15 minutes to adjust my garnishment and draw up the new agreement to send to my employer. On 8/16/22 I was issued a judgment for $6484.80 which was to be garnished from my wages. The garnishment was complete on 12/12/22. Imagine my surprise when I get another letter stating I STILL owe $631.51 on 12/20/22. I contacted the number on the letter and was told that even though the summons states “garnishee shall rely on this amount”, that wasn’t really the amount to be paid and I had a remaining balance of $631.51, “how would I like to pay?”.
