Mr. Klima and staff were very professional and diligent during our house closing experience. Mr. Klima always looked out for our best interest and went above and beyond for it. Even reached out to us well after the closing to check in on everything. Would highly recommend this firm for anyone looking for their house closing!

Wouldn’t recommend for closing on real estate properties. I had a lot of questions as a first time home buyer and he doesn’t provide guidance throughout the process. He gets the job done, but even after my closing there were loose ends that should have been tied up before or at closing. Once I made his office aware of the issue, it was handled. However, I feel that it was something that should have been caught by my attorney instead of me.
