Recently had to go in and shop for a unit after mine broke. The customer service here was outstanding, the staff member that helped me was super knowledgeable and patient. They helped my AC tech and I choose the best packaged unit for my home and I have not had any issues since.
I called looking for help with my unit which is not working after 3 years. The person who installed it was involved in an accident and was killed. So I was calling to look for help with servicing the unit. They informed me they couldn’t help me. All I was wanting is a list of service companies who work with this product. No help they kept saying call my service technician who installed it even though I told them my story 3 times. Aggravating.
