Great customer services with Stephany and Hector
Absolute garbage equipment and customer service. Arrogant staff and no technical service on the faulty garbage they put their names on. Brand new unit less than a week old started malfunctioning. Installer and engineer looked at the unit and can’t figure out why it shuts down for hours or days at a time. Won’t refund or replace. Went today and paid $100 for a part that was under warranty. My poor tech that installs has been to my house a dozen times doesn’t get reimbursed for any of his work. I do not recommend Klima. Edit: ... read more

Worst brand ever. They sell you on their high seer systems. Then when issues arise they don't have replacement parts .they dont care about customers and their families.management just has a (oh well deal with it attitude). stay away
