Extremely toxic staff. Unfortunately this is not a place to recommend as they treat their staff with the up most disrespect and a highly unpleasant and uncomfortable work environment. Their reputation of targeting and harassment by higher up staff on current and prior employees is so beyond inappropriate and disturbingly unacceptable and unprofessional. Do better KVH, reviews have favored one star.
Great experience here! The wait times for appointments are pretty long but the wait is worth it. It took a handful of people to get me sorted out, I highly recommend both Sonne’s Rachel and Andre and Jon Nebeker! Special shoutout to Lindsay Dzikowski, KVH’s Addiction Coach who helped me conquer my longstanding drinking problem. I don’t think I could have done it without her!
The Emergency Department was Absolutely horrible, they fat shamed my husband, yes my husband is a hefty man but he is also 6+ feet tall and has very broad shoulders and only ONE staff member in the emergency department took that into consideration. Then they subtly shamed him for being afraid of flying in helicopters and they didn’t stop there, they then proceeded to shame him for not having enough money to go to a hospital in SEATTLE for nothing more than an MRI. The nurses here are rude. We dont feel cared for or welcomed. Went in for an abscessed tooth on Saturday night. Sat for what felt like forever waiting in the empty emergency department. A lady came in stating she felt she was having a heart attack. They asked her what seemed like a million questions before they finally took her in. About a half an hour after that an obese doctor came waddling in and said "Oh do we have someone in the emergency room?" Does that mean the heart attack patient was still waiting?!?!?!
