As a first timer at this hospital, the ER staff was great. Doctor was clear and helpful, nurses were solid, visit was fine. However the Express Care staff has been uniformly terrible. Unpleasant front desk. Late appointment. Rude and uninterested doctor. Sent my script to the wrong pharmacy, etc. Overall, a genuinely frustrating patient experience on follow up. It felt like the staff disliked me. Weird feeling from a hospital.
I called to get my test results and they put me on hold for over 22 mins, assuming they forgot about me. so I hung up called back and was still on hold for 15 mins. What's up with that
Avoid Brielle Shepherd's office. New patient scheduled appointment for annual physical, was billed as diagnostic. Refused to change coding, invented diagnosis, billed for $300.
