We’ve had panels on our roof since April 2025 and we’re at the end of September 2025 and we still don’t have our panels up & running. We have called multiple times & sent multiple emails and have received no response. The electric company has received with no response as well. Do not recommend. We just want to fix things & move forward but it’s hard when you can’t even get a response.
Well, looks like this is it. I purchased a solar plan from these people about 8 months ago. They have not installed them yet, I cant get ahold of them, and it looks like they've deactivated their website. You better believe i am pursuing legal action against these thieves.
Purchased Solar three years ago from Klick. Have a problem now with my solar power being read by Xcel Energy and I can’t even get a Call back from Klick. Tried contacting Klick seven days now With no avail
The initial install was great. I have had several panels malfunction over the last three years (all replaced promptly). Right now I have 4 panels identified by Enphase to be replaced since October of last year. I contacted them in April (possibly earlier) for replacements. Though I have call many times I have yet to be contact with an appointment date. I would not recommend since the warranty & labor claim seem to be false.
Like many of the other reviews recently, I'm having an incredibly frustrating experience with Klick Solar. No one responds to phone calls or emails. They took my panels off my roof for a new roof installation. Since then, it's been crickets and my panels are sitting in my yard while I continue to pay a monthly bill for solar panels that aren't producing any power.
