Do NOT use this company. It took nearly a year to have panels installed initially, then several other issues followed but eventually it got done. Now we’ve had the solar up and running for a few years and our roof is leaking and it’s pooling where the panels are. We’re trying to get the roof repaired and the roofing contractor told us the panels are causing the damage. They dont care one bit about taking care of you after the sale! Install times are crazy, then once its installed, if you have an issue, you're on your own! I've contacted them more than a dozen times, with zero response! I guess ill get a ladder and learn to fix it myself. If you are considering purchasing, stay away!!
Worst company ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They lie, they install systems that they don't support, and then when you call for support, they will do NOTHING to help! They will TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! If you considered this company, don't do it, and from my experience in the industry, it is better to stay completely away from any form of solar on your house.
We've been trying to get our panels installed since October. They're still not in. Very little communication. Crews showed up unannounced at our home twice. They accomplished nothing on one of those visits. They came out again, dug holes, left our gas line exposed, finally covered it after my husband called. Weather has gotten in the way the last few weeks, granted, but there has been no communication about a possible restart might happen.
