We've been trying to get our panels installed since October. They're still not in. Very little communication. Crews showed up unannounced at our home twice. They accomplished nothing on one of those visits. They came out again, dug holes, left our gas line exposed, finally covered it after my husband called. While I have been satisfied with my solar panels and service from Klick Solar there is a serious drawback in doing business with the company. Klick Solar uses Sunlight Financial to finance their customer's solar panels. What no one tells you is that as soon as your loan balance drops below $15,000 the loan is no longer assumable. This fact alone will cause you serious problems that last for years when selling sell your home. Purchased a system back in February 2021 - been having issues the last week and 3 of my panels are not generating ANY power. Called support and was told that whichever contractor installed the system is now out of business and that my 25 year warranty no longer exists. So now I'm being told i have to pay $100-150/hr just to have someone look at my system. Was very satisfied for the last 4 years, but this is a joke. I don’t think I have ever worked with a better company from the very day. I met them up to now which has been a couple years. They have been absolutely wonderful. They answer my questions immediately. They help me anytime. I need it. I just had to have them remove and replace for a new roof they were right there doing their job getting it done. They’re just a wonderful wonderful company. I just can’t say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to anyone.
