If I could give a 10 star review, I would ! On my recent appointment with Kleyn Health care, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had found them online. However, Sarah was very helpful, she had such a warm and friendly approach over the phone. Also, upon my arrival, I was very impressed with the facilities, it was nice and very modern. Wow! Both staff and facilities are amazing, couldn’t recommend enough. Massive shoutout goes to Sarah, who reduced my anxieties instantly having an approachable demeanour whereby I was made to feel heard and confident with the care being provided. Despite clinic hours being extended to facilitate my appointment I was made to feel as though I mattered instead of just a patient. Couldn’t recommend enough, spoken of in very high regard.
First class service. From the first phone call to the service provided, excellent . Stress free and prompt appointment. Highly recommend and would definitely use again, thanks.
