When you ask for transparency on how they do things. No response lol. Worst law firm you could ever work with. No response and lack of communication. I strongly don't recommend anyone work with them. I have been engaged with them on a bug claim incidence. 1) I have been proactive in communicating and requests updates - they simply just DON'T respond; 2) They are also not professional to solve your problem. They just tell you this is final without really engaging and trying hard to put your interests to the first place.
