I recently had an auto repair job that I was having a hassle of a time getting any autobody shop to be willing to work with me on. Tom at Kletter Automotive was willing to hear me out and gave me the time of day to look at my car. From there, it was a classic case of underpromise and overdeliver. My car was recently in an accident and I was recommended this autobody. This shop was by far the most pleasant experience of this whole ordeal. They are kind, informative and FAST. They paid great attention to detail as to what was needed. I had my car back within a week and they gave me more information than the insurance company on what to do as well as were helpful with the rental car. Highly recommend them! My car looks great!

I want to rate 0 if I could. I wanted to schedule a repair of my car. They keep me wait for weeks without setting a schedule. No professional service exists here. They keep saying Tom, the owner, is busy and their schedule is backed up. The person who answers phone call is no use and has no idea how Tom's schedule will be for the next couple of weeks.
