We took a number of items in for valuation and sale. We were offered $800 for the lot. All of the gold items were put in a bag and weighed. They did not seperate into different karat. Most of the items were clearly marked. When queried, I was told that it wouldn’t make a difference. We took the gold items to a gold buyer down the road and were offered $4600. Don’t sell to these people! The valuation is worthless if they think they can profit.

On 15 August 2024 I set off on an adventure to the awesome jewellers who had repaired a Stirling Silver bracelet of mine, hoping they could work there fabulous skills on my daughters 25 birthday 💍, that had broken. It was needed to be a complete rebuild, with 5 diamonds and 1 sapphire the only prices of the original 💍 being utilised and my original design. I paid 800 to get 8 pages off valuation. With my name and address only on the first page .asked for amendment with name on each pages. And the lovely lady said another 800. But now iv lost my Husband on a pension so 800 really for a name and address amendment. Why didn't they do it to begin with. Terrible Terrible people

A 14k gold pin of 4 grams is worth $90, according to Mr Ronnie Bauer, who was throwing tantrum when I expressed concerns and asked questions about this type of behaviour. Doing business with them at your own risk.
