I can't recommend Klepner's Jeweller highly enough. I brought in some very special diamond jewellery that had belonged to my mum for restoration, and from the moment I walked through the door, Julie-Anne and Ronnie made me feel completely welcome and at ease. Have tried to contact Klepner's for the last 2 months to no avail. I have sent contact forms from their website, I have sent a number of emails, and I have called them numerous times. There has been no response. It seems they do not want my business. Will be going elsewhere

We took a number of items in for valuation and sale. We were offered $800 for the lot. All of the gold items were put in a bag and weighed. They did not seperate into different karat. Most of the items were clearly marked. When queried, I was told that it wouldn’t make a difference. We took the gold items to a gold buyer down the road and were offered $4600. Don’t sell to these people! The valuation is worthless if they think they can profit.
