She takes time to understand my needs.
She is very detailed and explains everything so you completely understand any situation that may happen. Along with making sure I was okay and answered any questions that I asked. I would highly recommend!
Dr. Liu was previous a dentist. I would recommend going back to that profession. I have had 4 ENT's in my life and this was not an impressive provider.
My wife and I use Deb as our go to "doctor". She takes time to explain everything and is very thorough. She also has a great bed side personality.
He wouldn't help me fix the bleeding/itching sebaceous (filament?) on my nose, claimed it was only a blood vessel and there was nothing that could be done about it. When I got a little upset about it he then had me banned from my own clinic. This guy is a complete jerk in my opinion, and he does not care about my well being. But it's okay, besides I'm finally getting the help I need from a plastic surgeon at Rochester Mayo.
He delivered both of our kids and was wonderful through it all!

Find someone else. Was my surgeon for an emergency surgery. He was annoyed at questions, refused to outline alternative options and basically told me the surgery (cholecystectomy-gallbladder removal) was a money maker for the clinic. Post-op mtg, refused to open my file and tell me about my surgery, would only say it went good and things were normal. After 40 min of trying to get answers, I left. Will be seeking a 2nd opinion for complications at incision site. Felt like a number. Expect better.
I have referred numerous people to Deb. I trust her completely. She takes the time to get to know her patients and actually listens to their concerns.
