Very disappointed with the way I have been spoken to by one of the older female receptionist . She is often abrupt, interrupts before I can finish speaking, and comes across as quite rude on the phone. This has been an ongoing issue and has made me hesitate to book appointments. A little more patience and professionalism would make a big difference to the patient experience. Absolutely shocking.
I am sorry I have to rate 1 for Dr Jamilah. I made a standard appointment and she charged me 45 dollars. She advised for me to drink water, checked blood pressure, exercise And I was put on to bed for nothing. She didn’t even touch me although I opened up the top. Why did she charge me ? I understand it’s a mixed billing center BUT The charge should be transparent without receptionist saying it’s 90 dollars and reverting and there’s a BIT of a gap. I am sorry I had to rate like this. Dr Jamila charged me 45 dollars. She advised me to drink more water, checked pressure and do exercise. I don’t know for what she put me to bed and did nothing at all. Why was I charged 45 dollars ? I made an enquiry to the receptionist and she told it’s up to the doctor. I think there should be a system if it’s a mixed billing if it’s up to the doctor without giving us heart attacks she/he has to tell us directly if we are going to get charged or not and on what basis.
Dr. Shriranthi Attapattu is not responsible for pregnancy patient. I had worst experience with her yesterday and today appointment. I was disappointed with my experience. I felt that my concerns during pregnancy were not addressed in the way I had expected, and I left feeling unsupported. Clear communication, empathy, and timely guidance are very important during pregnancy, and I did not feel my expectations were met. Dr Shiranthi Atapattu was that doctor who I had known before my pregnancy and now that I was again allotted by the hospital so the doctor flabbergasted 🤯 by my reports as I had been visiting her since the time I got pregnant I had to book different doctor for the initial appointment and I didn’t want to change the Dr until the hospital advised me to get Prenatal care from Obstetric Dr from medical clinic.
