Worst medical centre. Poor system from booking patient appointment, pathetic information sharing system and over cautious people? about having an in person appointment for a cough symptom in late November 2022! Above all, gap payment for phone (any) consultation. Asked to pay full amount and wait for Medicare to repay whatever is not on Gap. Very poor medical service. We had a wonderful experience with Dr Omair Chaudry. He performed the circumcision for my 3-week-old twin sons. Before the procedure, he explained everything clearly, which made us feel very comfortable and confident. The procedure went very smoothly. He was very kind, gentle, and professional. My babies seemed comfortable. We are very grateful for his care and professionalism. Highly recommend Dr Omair Chaudry.
I have used this medical centre occasionally as a backup when I am unable to see my regular GP. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me quite disappointed with their customer service. We had a very good experience with doctor omair chaudry for our son’s circumcision. The procedure was handled very smoothly and with great confidence. We could easily contact the doctor directly whenever we had questions about post-procedure pain or anything we were unsure about, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The doctor explained the entire procedure very clearly beforehand. Highly recommended.
Dr Omair Chaudry is a caring doctor. This is the first time I saw him. He understands my medical history with a few relevant questions and then applied very detailed questions to understand deeper my medical issues and concern. He discussed with me for several strategies to fix the issues and further investigated my symptoms to find a solution. I recommend him to anyone who has complex medical issues which need patience and attentive analysis.
