I have used this clinic for about 3 years, I have seen Dr Herath Herath, Dr Appapathu and recently Dr Sterck. I have had several major and complex surgeries and everyone has treated me with clear, concise, respectful and compassionate care. I am currently seeing Dr Sterck and he is amazing. I have really not had any long waits in the waiting room, but I realise that there are times that people with acute problems have to be seen first. I've not had problems with the reception staff.
Worst,terrible experience with this centre. Receptionist lack basic manners how to talk with others. My appointment got cancelled twice with Dr Omair Chaudry. When i requested her to accomodate me for tomrrow as i urgently need it and i also took off from work especially for this appointment, she said i cannot accomdate you because you are not his regular patient. I requested again and again that Dr Omair knows whole story as my GP is away, she still didnot listened to me. Shit experience, never going back.
Been going to this practice for years now, I still go there but it’s not the best, Dr Shiranthi Atapattu is extremely hasty and can be very rude. She is very insensitive about extremely traumatic situations, I won’t go into too much detail but both my sister and I refuse to see her anymore, only reason I saw her as much as I did is because they have such limited female doctors. I had a terrible experiance with Dr. Rohan Herath. Not professional at all. Suggest to avoid appointment with him after examining my reports he suggested to see another GP for the same issue.
