I have been seeing Dr Martin Sterk for several months now. I have found him to be consistently on time, up to date with latest treatments, knowledgeable around mental health and overall a fantastic and thorough doctor. I really struggle to find good doctors who understand medication side affects and alternative remedies. My housemate sees another dr here and also has a fantastic experience. I went here more than a year ago and had the worse experience. I myself am a healthcare worker and I know I was unwell. The GP treated me like I was illiterate and didn’t know anything medical. Won’t be coming back. Found better GPs in the area.
I’ve been going here for years now but now theres this one lady at the desk who is always just so rude whenever I call ect. You can clearly tell she doesn’t wanna be there. Today when I called she didn’t even confirm who I was or anything and hung up in the middle of me speaking. It’s really disappointing that they would let someone like this be the first impression of this place.
