The service and attention at Klemm & Associates have always been terrific.
Just like Jason Springer posted, we are having the same issues. Seems they messed up taxes, say they will remedy, and then completely ghost you when you follow up via email. This is over a $4k error. We have been trying for over a month to reach them and have been unsuccessful! Going to have to have another accountant look into the issue to remedy it apparently.
Be careful hiring this place! Look at the previous reviews! I am in the same position as several of these other folks. Seems taxes were filed incorrectly, $4k error, this company says they will remedy it, and then they go completely silent, not responding to emails, etc. I’ve been trying to get a response since early February, and I’m on a timeline with the IRS.
