I was looking for a professional to do some work in my home and came across these merchant circle reviews on Kleist Const whom was recommened to me by another person. I'm glad I read these reviews before making the phone call to Kleist. I'll look for help from another source and pass on Kleist. Thanks reviewers!

This is the company for a truly professional job. Takes his time and does it right the first time. He's done 2 projects, 1 even came in under the quote, the other was done 2 weeks early. Well worth it. No surprises.

We hired Tom Kleist to do a bathroom remodel, and the job was terrible! As stated by the other reviewer, the job took months longer than the original two weeks we were quoted, and came in at three times the quoted price! He never came to the job to oversee the project, and so when things started to go bad, he was not there to keep it on track. Our calls were ignored and in the end, we are left with a very expensive bathroom disaster. Poor business man and poor workmanship

Tom Kleist is a smooth talker, but our experience of having his people work on our home has been very negative. It took took seven months from the time we started talking to Tom to finish a job he said would take two weeks. He regularly ignored calls from us, said his guys would be on site and then they didn't show up, and when they did, we came home to our house being a total wreck.
