Klein's called to schedule a service appt as soon as my warranty company contacted them.. they had an opening a day earlier than scheduled and were here on time.. the tech was Very prompt and courteous and diagnosed our problem and fixed it.. GREAT customer service and the tech was VERY knowledgeable.. recommend them to everyone..
A technician was sent to us by our rental manager and we were very happy with the service. We have had two different people assist us and they both were very professional. Juan is very knowledgeable and personable. We love it when companies have competent people that care about quality and not just quantity.
