Exceeded Expectations We ordered our Viatera Quartz kitchen countertop through Home Depot last fall and consider ourselves very fortunate that Klein's was the subcontractor. The countertop was for a new construction in rural Utah, and the installer at Klein's worked closely with us to make sure all the details were addressed since we could not be present. We are very pleased with the professional work, and love the countertop. Would definitely recommend Klein's.

Happy customer I had one on the best customer experiences ever! I purchased my bathroom vanity top through Home Depot and Kleins was the subcontractor. Larry was the gentleman who came to measure and he was very thorough, professional and just plain nice. He was the one that caught the fact Home Depot had mislabeled a sample so we could have ended up with something completely different than what we thought we were ordering! Failed to Follow-up The countertops look great. My problem is they failed to properly repair damage they did to the window sill they installed a base of granite in. After trying to install a piece of granite that was to large for the space they were trying to install in, they damaged the window framework. The owner himself came out and said they would repair it (He said I would have to paint it), they sent someone to fix it. It was the same countertop installer and not a drywall/sheetrock worker. Superior Job From start to finish, Klein's gave great customer service. Gave information, suggestions, and recommendations during the entire process. Kevin reviewed the project several time with us. The installers were on time, did an excellent job on installation, and reviewed the do's and don'ts with us before leaving. Silestone offers a great warranty. Will definitely use Klein's for our next project.

Quality Experience We had a Silestone countertop installed in our kitchen. We were pleased from the start with the Klein's representative/estimator thru the installation process. Quality product, professional installers. Will be returning to Klein's when we are ready to replace our bathroom countertops.

Great job I had them install a Silestone countertop in my bathroom. They did a good job and I will probably use them again when I have my kitchen counters redone.

Professional,Professional,Professional Did I mention professional? What a pleasure to work with a company that actually lives up to every expectation and delivers what it promises!
