I’d give zero stars if I could. Do not use Kleinpeter pools if you are looking for someone to manage your pool !!! My pool has been green the entire month of May and they have yet to come back and fix it ! The employee refused to hear me out when I expressed concerned and blamed me for the pool turning green. I went to check the levels myself and found that all my levels were extremely low, my phosphates were high and my Chlorine and CYA was through the roof ! Do not use Kleinpeter pools if you are looking for someone to manage your pool !!! My pool has been green the entire month of May and they have yet to come back and fix it ! When it turned green they told me it was my dog that is turning it green and she should never ever be in the pool. This company is top notch!! Responsive, on time, and excellent work!! Tyler was able to take care of all of my pool's issues and has it looking better than it did on day 1 at a reasonable price. Call them, you won't be disappointed!
