I had an issue with an old horn I had. The horns broke off the base from a three horn setup. I think these people bought out the other company because the horns are pretty much the same. Had issues contacting someone but finally I got a message back from Pete who was able to help me. I really appreciate it Pete!

No customer service ever. Have called many times left voicemails and no return calls. How do they do business ? I went to return the horns because there is no support . They respond to email. They want me to pay return shipping and a 15% restock fee. The reason I’m returning is no support. Pretty bad. Good luck
