My brother and his wife called him for a consultation and his “secretary” said he’ll just “call him back.” This is his response. This guy probably decided it’s not worth his time.
He talks over you the whole time, rushes in his speech. During the consultation he tries to rush off the call. He's not there to help he's only there to hurry up and make money where he can and if he feels like he can't make money off of you he is ready to hang up.
