I had people in my life who didnt think I had a case but I lived it and knew I had to try. Randy, Elan, and Solangie were wonderful start to finish. I was nervous and they helped me stay calm and feel supported throughout the process. I had no idea what to expect and they kept me well informed every time there was news. The issue has been resolved and im very happy with the resolution. I would highly recommend!
