I thought this service was too good to be true at first, they are fantastic! Sara took a huge load off my shoulders getting a block of hotel rooms set for my guests. There was a large variety of places to choose from and a wide breadth of information to pick the right places. She handled all the communication and paperwork for me and we found a lovely hotel for a good discount for my. Absolutely recommending to anyone i know who needs space for people during an event. Kleinfield provides an extremely useful service that I am grateful for, and really digs to find every option in your area. I was able to secure a couple blocks during a busy weekend for my area. However, communication could be sparse at times, and it was common to not get a response for days when asking for updates. In the end it all worked out. Perhaps I needed to lower my expectations with this being a free service.
Sara was the most helpful and so kind! She helped me book our hotel block for our wedding in November and answered any and all questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it was such an easy process which took a lot of stress off of us. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sara!
Amazing service! I wasn't sure where to start when booking a block of rooms for my son's wedding. We have many out-of-town guests traveling from different cities.
