After years of trying to find a solution for my baby’s ear issues at other clinics I had the joy of meeting with the team at KVH yesterday and I was blown away! The whole experience was unlike any other, I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable, I received so much information, had every question answered and left with a plan! I had a veterinary emergency last night with my beloved dog.I am from South Africa so not knowing the area took her to the nearest animal hospital that was open. It was Kleinberg Vet Clinic. The vet on duty refused to even have a look at my dog claiming he was busy and had phone calls to make. This coming from a person who is dedicated to and supposed to love animals. I don't think so.!! Shame on you! I am disgusted!
