Unprofessional and rude office staff. The secretaries and office manager are incompetent when it comes to billing. They make you wait two hours to three hours to see the doctor. Then even if you know you have paid all their bills, the receptionist rudely demands a fake copay you never had to pay before . You are not considered human here but a number and dollar bills!! Very disappointed!
I and my family and friends have been patients of Dr. Klein's for twenty years. On occasions, my daughter and I have had some serious eye issues. Then and always we have trusted her judgement and competency. Not only is she an excellent Doctor, but she is genuinely concerned about us and has exceptional integrity. I once heard the optition tell her that she could not give glasses to a young teenager because welfare would not pay for it. Dr. Klein said she would pay. She is special!!!
I have met with Dr. Klein several times over the years and she is the best Dr. that I've ever had. Sometimes there may be a short wait, but Dr. Klein is thorough and worth the time.
I like and trust this doctor but always have to wait. I've been waiting 1.25 hours for my appt and still haven't seen the doctor.
