She has been my Dr for the last 9 years and I'm very pleased with her. Always friendly, professional, and very thorough. One of the few Doctors I've had who actually takes time and listens to you.
Takes forever to get an appt. Practice too busy!!!! Last appt i left when they said she was an hour behind.
I have been a patient many years, She is a good listener, easy to talk to and is kind and comforting.
I like Dr Klein. She's efficient & helpful. My problem is with management, to be specific. I was given a memo recently: billing is demanding $250 up front, cash or credit card, at the first apt of the year. I do not have $250.I do have a credit card, but it does not have $250 on it. The office has no interest is working with their patients, even those who have been with them for years. They have even made it clear that they do not care if they lose clients. Complete lack of care. Disappointing.
