Klein Heating and cooling owner answered my call when no one else would on a busy Friday morning. We agreed for him to come Saturday morning at 9:00am and he showed up 10 minutes early dressed professionally and ready to get the job done. It ended up being a bit more work than we thought but he was able to knock it out with ease. He was so good I recommended him to my In-Laws and they were extremely pleased as well. His number is now saved in my phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Klein Heating and cooling technician arrived on time and installed our new water heater quickly and efficiently. When he was finished he took the time to explain what he had done and answer any questions.
The technicians here are top notch! The service was quick and thorough! Brian talked me through all of my options and they were reasonable! Will definitely use them again!
Klein Heating and cooling technician was awesome! On time, clear description of work to be done, completed the water heater install within his time estimate, and left the garage the way he found it with the exception it now had a new water heater!
I needed a new hot water heater and the team came and provided me one, as well as installed new pipes for venting as the old ones were not to code. I have to say the demeanor of the staff was very professional and I could hear Clare teaching another staff member as they went. They was patient and also got my work done. Kudos to Klein Heating and cooling team.
