$2500.00 for not having a trade in. $1000.00 for not financing with them. I even offered cash. The advertised price was $24,900.00. out the door was over 30k. Never heard of that before. This is my first and last time dealing with Chuck Stevens.
Jim Schmidt Ford operates like I wish more businesses would! So very friendly and kind! Their service department is top notched no one can beat them in this area. They are so knowledgeable and kind The office staff is always so friendly this is one business I don't mind visiting. Lovely waiting area, they make sure you are comfortable if you have to wait on service. Thank you to all the employees of Jim Schmidt we sure appreciate you!

Ryan Ortmann was ours sales rep. He did a phenomenal Job! He was courteous and professional. Would highly recommend Mike White Ford and their staff, Ryan and Mike Vickhammer was a pleasure to work with. They made it happen!!
I bought a Ford Transit van from this place that they had to have known needed brand new brakes as well as a whole new abs system. I test drove it and found that the brakes seemed off so they took off about 1.4k from the price, but to find out a whole new brake system AND abs system would cost almost 4k. This happened withing 2 days of driving the vehicle. When I reached out to Tom the Salesperson I bought the van from I got no response.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH A DEALERSHIP ! THEY PICKED UP MY VAN , THEY CALLED ME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND I AM SO HAPPY. I THANK STEPHANIE AND CARY. GREAT JOB !!
They are joke tell you you need between $8000 to $10000 down on a $15000 car would give them a zero if I could what a joke
Best dealership I've ever done business with. Sales, parts and service have all gone above and beyond to make sure I've gotten the best deal possible. 10/10 will use again!
Bought a truck from them in February. A couple weeks later when the bank contacted me to set up my online payments I noticed that the amount due was wrong. Looked at the paperwork they had put in a $5000 extended warranty that I never okayed. Yes I signed the paperwork, you know how it is. They keep you there forever. But by time I got to the finance department it was 9 o’clock at night. I have been fighting with them since to get the money back. Their customer service is awful.
