I had two wall plugs not working and had issues with the breaker. Replaced the wall plug without any luck. Contacted Dirk @ Klein Electrical and he patiently walked me through the easy repair and had everything fixed in no time. When asked for cost he refused payment. Certainly very knowledgeable and patient! Would highly recommend to family and friends without hesitation. Thanks again Dirk for your help.
Had an issue with my outlets and the breaker switch that I thought would have been more expensive however he talked me through over the phone and I fixed the issue free of charge! Clearly an honest man who knows what he’s talking about. Thanks again!!
Tried to charge 436 dollars to hook up an air compressor hookup(10 minutes of work). When asked why the price was so much, he literally started swearing and yelling, i then offered for him to come and get his materials and i would meet him at my shop - he then replied "No I wont do that because im not sure what I would do to you". I previously had this hooked up by another electrician for 136$, and this electrician was away. Never work with this guy unless you want to be over charged and sworn at, Im glad I didn't let him in... read more
