We’ve had a great experience with smile doctors! The staff is always friendly and kind and we saw results within the first 2-3 months.
Doctor and technicians explained the treatment for our daughter's braces. Top set is done and everything went smoothly so far!
I scheduled an appointment back in February for this June, to get my braces removed. I explained my situation, with my former orthodontist shutting their office down and not wanting to continue care, in which they agreed to take my braces off. I explained my situation to them on two separate occasions, and they agreed to removal on both occasions. I call today, the day before my appointment, only to be told at the last minute that Dr. Larsen decided not to remove my braces. This inconsistency, not to mention lack of sympathy... read more
