The company did not let neighbors know when they were going to begin demolition next door. Did not mitigate the HVAC system, just ripped the lines out with the excavator sending refrigerant into the atmosphere. In the beginning they had a man hosing down the job to mitigate dust and then he started harvesting copper and the hose work stopped.
