I can’t say enough about chem dry. My carpet looks brand new again. Pet stains are gone! Jason and Christian were so accommodating and explained the process perfectly. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks again!
Did a great job found so many spots (have two senior dogs). Really educated and knows what he’s doing.
I called and spoke to Jason on giving me a rough estimate on cleaning a 10x15 area rug, couch, loveseat, and ottoman. He couldn’t give me a ballpark estimate, just kept saying he would charge more if this or that were to come up. I think he was more interested in getting out of work vs earning my business. Based off of the 3 minute conversation I wouldn’t recommend nor will I be going with them.
Friendly and professional! Carpets look great!
amazing service! very flexible in scheduling and does an amazing job at getting the job done in a perfecting manner. jason was an amazing communicator and provided excellent service
