Bill Klein and his team did an outstanding job on our new screened in and open deck combo! My wife and I are very happy with the final product. Bill was quick to respond to any questions or concerns throughout the process and was very transparent about pricing. The project was completed well within the time that Bill estimated for us. We would highly recommend this company for any home construction projects!
My wife and I moved into an older and charming house in downtown Wilmington, but it was a very tight downsize. Before we moved in, we converted the dysfunctional detached garage into a nice study, but I still had to enter the back door through a deteriorating back deck. Bill helped us to remodel our laundry area and I can't speak highly enough! Bill was very communicative throughout the entire process as we bounced ideas off of him and he provided an estimate for the work to be done that was comprehensive and very fair. No big surprise expenses and we never felt like we were being "up-sold" on anything. I had a screened-in-porch added to my new home by Klein Builders. Bill handled everything from the County permits to my HOA. He always had time to answer any questions I might have. He and his employees were friendly, respectful and professional. The porch turned out beautifully and Sadie (my cat) and I are truly enjoying it and I'm sure as the weather cools, even more so.
