Today, while looking for Mr. Klein's address, I was surprised to see a complaint that he charges for his services upfront. I think I've known Mr. Klein for approximately two decades, and find him a man of integrity, intelligence, civility, and knowledge of the law. I don't think his office protocol in asking for estimated services to be paid upfront is unique to the legal profession.
