Honestly complete cheat of company. Call them to change out 2 locks, 3 blocks from their office. Tech is onsite maybe 45 minutes total, comes to me with a bill for $350 dollar. For 2 re-keys. He starts talking about how the old handle was broke, this trim was broke, blah blah. I didn't hire them to remodel I hired them to rekey two locks. He did all this and charged without prior approval, and when I say something the tech gets attitude, talking about if we don't wanna pay he can just pull all the stuff out and leave us with... read more
Just another company who quotes one thing, gets business then tries to blindside you with insane costs. Looks like they have a habit of doing this to other business more than consumer. Which is just bad business.
This place is old school and great!
