Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was completed quickly, while I waited.
My appointment was right on time and the service was excellent.
Stopped in today to see if they could tell me why my low pressure light for my tires would not turn off even after I filled my tires. . They took me right away and fixed the problem. Only had a 1/2 an hour wait. Girl behind the counter is SO nice. She is a big asset to your business. I had my dog with me as we had a vet appointment in Clintonville. I was going to wait outside with her and she said I could bring her in. Friendly place.
Technician that did work on my vehicle weather by accident or not broke a $280 dollar air intake, there solution was to glue it back together and charged me for two tubes of glue @ $28 dollars a tube.To make matters worse there was some kind of oily substance on the front fenders which I'm hoping doesn't damage the paint, this experience was very unprofessional.
