I dealt with the staff at Masterbuilt Homes six months ago, and I found them extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They had me sign a preliminary agreement and pay a deposit for the initial work, which included plan changes and a build estimate. Unfortunately, it took six months to complete this work. When I finally received the final quote to build the house, it was significantly higher than what I had been told on several occasions. Very professional and friendly to deal with. Scott was brilliant at putting our ideas on paper and Michael made the whole building process easy to manage with no stress. The little issues that arose were dealt with promptly and respectfully. The end result was amazing and better than we imagined. We had a fantastic experience with masterbuilt from the initial concept and seeing our vision to move in day was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend master built to friends and family. The team had excellent communication and handled some supply issues in an open honest manner. When a last minute issue with a supplier arose the team did everything in their power to over come this a have us in on the planned move in day.
We couldn’t be happier with our new home! From the initial meeting with Greg, to the final hand over with the whole team, Michael, Scott, Adam and Brett, we are just grateful for the outcome of our home. We truly appreciate the team attending to our requests mid-build. It can be quite stressful specially for us, firts time home owners, so we greatly recognize the team addressing all our queries and adjusting to our needs. Excellent workmanship! Thank you Masterbuilt for transforming our dream home to reality.
