Eric spoke at our Bigfoot RV Rally in St. George and educated us on gray and black tanks. We got our tanks cleaned and are very happy that our sensors are working! Eric uses humor in his presentation and is very entertaining. I highly recommend his service.
We were having smell in our new to us class A half bath. We contacted Eric and Susan and they came out a few days later. What an enlightening experience. They were super helpful, knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Our tanks, as we suspected, were filthy. They cleaned them. Showed us how to properly take care of them. We thought our tanks were fine when we bought our used fifth wheel—after all, we all like to think our crap doesn’t stink. But wow… someone else’s sure did! 🤢 Eric and Susan from Kleen Tank came out right away, and it was shocking (and honestly kind of gross) what they pulled out of those tanks. Now they’re fresh, clean, and totally manageable. If you’ve never had your RV tanks professionally cleaned, trust me—call Kleen Tank. You’ll be glad you did!
We were having a horrible smell in the restroom of our travel trailer so we started to do some research. Came across Kleen Tank and found Eric and Susan. Very accommodating to our schedule and quick in replies of phone calls and text messages. They met us at a local RV park to do the flush and inform us of the cleaning solution they use. Eric and Susan are great and I highly recommend them to clean your RV gray and black tanks!
I was MORE THAN PLEASED with the results!! It took me a few months to convince my husband that there was a “tart” /“stinky” smell ( we are in a brand new rig, 6 months ) - even though he is a clean freak - ( obsessed !)…. I had had ENOUGH! We had our tanks cleaned, WOW. Fresh fresh FRESH! Like NEW!! Turns out, we had mold in the kitchen tank. We were SHOOK. I am going to schedule this cleaning, SO WORTH IT!
