Had a large berber carpet in the basement cleaned. Very professional owner gave us a clear explanation of results to expect on our 20 year old carpet as well as how to do a repair on it. Turned out very well and the cost came in under estimate . Also gave us a referral on someone to do the repair. Joseph cleaned several carpets and tile areas at our daughter's a few years ago and they too were very pleased. Can't go wrong with this business.
