I've hired Kleening edge before, so I knew it would be great! I had a very limited budget and needed a good clean of some key areas, I honestly feel I can breathe again! They did a wonderful job, thanks ladies!
I hired Larissa and her team for our first “deep clean” very disappointed with the results and the communication. I don’t want to hate on a small female owned business but I feel I paid for a service I didn’t receive. I've used this company twice. The second time I was very unhappy with my Clean, many key items were not touched /completed. (vacuuming, kitchen bathtub amongst many more. 11 items on their " checklist "). I had been very clear on my expectation-reached out to have them fix/ discuss it. Sent them pictures and asked to call and discuss a solution.They were too busy to respond for 8 days but apologized for their work once they did.
