I've used this company twice. The second time I was very unhappy with my Clean, many key items were not touched /completed. (vacuuming, kitchen bathtub amongst many more. 11 items on their " checklist "). I had been very clear on my expectation-reached out to have them fix/ discuss it. Sent them pictures and asked to call and discuss a solution.They were too busy to respond for 8 days but apologized for their work once they did. Very dependable. Did a good job in a timely manner. The place always looked clean and smelled good. Cleaning solutions used are pet friendly.
