This place ghosted me. I had an appointment and they never showed or answered my calls. Super inconvenient after I completely destroyed my apartment to prepare for them.
I was so impressed with Kleenet (& Bob!) from start-to-finish. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment online, Bob was very communicative in advance of his arrival & he did an incredible job cleaning my couch! I will absolutely use this business again in the future & would recommend it to anyone.
Second time that Bobby has come through for us on short notice for our rental property.
Bobby always does the best job, I wouldn't work with anyone else.
Robert did all he could to save our cream colored recliner! I'm very grateful for his kindness, skill level, and patience explaining to me how upholstery fabrics work. *Note to self... stick with synthetic fabrics, not natural!
