I'm a new customer of only 2 months. I'm getting horrible service. I set up my trash pickup service with Kleen-Way in late July. I sent a check to pay for 3 months service in advance. I would told it might be a few days before we receive our trash can, but we could set our bags at the end of the drive the first week. For an up to date review. I am writing this on 2/3/18. I have not had trash pick-up in THREE weeks. I have called repeatedly and been promised they would definintely get it yesterday. NO SHOW AGAIN. I have been with this company for years and they are getting worse as time goes by. I have to have back-door service due to a disability and can not find another company that can offer me this service. You are required to pay three months in advance. Kleen-Way has serviced our sanitation needs for more than 3 years now. Employees are always courteous at our home and at the office when we call.

We have had service with Kleen-Way for the past four years. They have been the best yet. Nice courteous drivers and always on time. Thanks Kleen-way
