I dont know who the old guy is that answered the phone when I called but he's rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. Im simply going to hang up if your wasting my time asking questions that dont need to be asked and not really giving me a straight answer. I am so pleased with Kleen-Way's service! When we moved the furniture there was a noticeably dirty area from where our black lab lays, and I wondered, will this even come out?! It did! I couldn't be happier with the result! Our carpet looks amazing, so fresh and new looking! Cory was easy to work with and I highly recommend him for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!
Shampooed our entire house and got out all major stains, including red juice and wine on a white carpet! Highly recommend.
