I have dealt with Brian Ulrich and his company Kleen Seal numerous times over the past quarter century. Services have ranged from simple asphalt driveway sealing, to a recent three day power wash, sand and seal of a large Travertine walkway and patio. Each time Kleen Seel has been meticulous, with skilled, trained staff overseen by Brian, who found plenty of time to “ hold my hand” through an arcane process.
