There was a misunderstanding with my order and they made it right literally the NEXT day! Kleen-Rite Corp. is the real deal. I'm not a huge account for them, but they still treated me like an A+ customer. Thank you.
Own a car wash for 13 years and have dealt with Kleen Rite the entire time. Always have had a good experience. Today I spoke with some one on the phone that was extremely rude and snooty. I wont get into the details. I asked for his boss and he said he did not have one and hung up the phone on me. Really!!!! In the future I will deal with only the main person I have been dealing with which is nick. Nick is a professional. Some one there needs to learn some basic manners. Not sure who I spoke with.
