HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE. I bought a groupon, they came to my house and said it would be $980 more. Talked the Employee down to $500. I choose this Groupon because they did dryer vents. Employee was getting ready to leave I reminded him about dryer vent. The next day my dryer stops working. I bought a voucher off Groupon for Air-Duct cleaning for this company in May. I called the 1st avalibe appointment they had was June 14 between 12 & 4. I confirmed my appointment on the 13th they said I would get a courtesy call 30 minutes before they came. I sat at home all day at 3:45 I called to ask for an update and was advised a supervisor would call me back. I received a call back at 3:55 from a very unprofessional woman. I cannot believe what just happened. The technician said that we had mold in our house and after testing the vent it was negative for mold. He tried to pressure us into paying over $4000 worth in services. We did told him that we were not interested and we would like to get other quotes but he kept pressuring us and even scheduled another date to do the service after we told him no.
